Resources
CDRC is the mediation service provider for disciminatory action complaints for  WorkSafeBC (formerly the WCB).  Once both parties to a case agree to mediate, they will be contacted by CDRC.  Our role is to:
  • Answer any questions you may have about the mediation process;
  • Ensure you understand what mediation involves, and what information you need to participate;
  • Arrange a date, time, location, and mediator for your mediation; and
  • Report back to the WCB once the mediation has been completed.
