As a consultant with CDRC, Wayne's caseload has included hundreds of files in Alberta and BC's Lower Mainland and Southern Interior regions. Wayne has been CDRC's principal coordinator for the company's WorkSafeBC mediation programs, working with employers and workers in disputes over discrimination and vocational rehabilitation. He has also focused on personal injury disputes, assisting in facilitating negotiations with a wide-ranging clientele of law firms and insurance agencies. Presently, he is engaged in operations and business development for CDRC.
Wayne has been involved in the ADR field since 1998 when he volunteered with the Dispute Resolution Centre in Victoria, BC. Encouraged by that experience, he has since completed conflict management courses with the CLE, Mount Royal College and the University of Victoria, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course and Alberta's Real Estate 1000.
Wayne has worked in the private sector as well as with federal and provincial governments, and his employment background includes commercial real estate, human resources, finance and administration, and retail.
