Our qualified, experienced and neutral mediators are retained by CDRC as independent contractors. We assist parties in selecting the mediator who best suits their particular needs and the requirements of their case.
In addition to our existing panels, CDRC is able to create specialized panels that meet the requirements of a particular client or industry. Furthermore, we are not limited to the mediators on this roster; we have engaged outside mediators on a number of occasions.
